چکیده
Paget's Disease in the population younger than 50 years is uncommon. We present a 29 year-old male with thyroid cancer and monostotic Paget's Disease of the spine mimicking bone metastases. The patient who was suffering from severe back pain, had increased osteoblastic activity on bone scan consistent with the suspicious lesion defined on MRI and conventional X-ray. Despite the positive radiological studies, he had negative I-131 whole body scan and Tg value, and also normal 18FFDG PET study. Final histopahological diagnosis revealed Paget's Disease.
